Kia Ora! I just wanted to give you feedback on our recent trip to New Zealand from Eastern Canada. We had purchased the 30 hour FlexiPass... I was a little worried about our bus trips through the North and South Island. I have to say, that it was magnificent. We always had pleasant bus drivers and pleasant and comfortable trips... It's awesome, that when connecting, even though the bus is delayed due to road work, the connecting bus waits for us. I have dealt with your Support centre, both by email and by phone, and always received prompt responses. Hats off to your team!

Hi, I have just returned to England after a month touring New Zealand's wonderful south island. All my travel was with an InterCity FlexiPass. Your service was excellent, the buses were always on time, clean and comfortable. The drivers were excellent, I always felt safe, there was no rushing, drivers always gave us an informative commentary and were cheerful and had a sense of humour. Plenty of stops on the longer trips and even photo opportunities. I would thoroughly recommend InterCity to anyone and would be happy to leave a great review on any website. Thank you 😊
